  All Customers having “N” & “C” Series drives (for eg. SP0411N, SV0411N, SP0411C etc.) should put the P/N (Product Number) printed on top sticker of the drive.
  For all other Series of “D” & “H” drives (for eg. SV2044D, SV2042H, SV4002H etc.) should put the S/N (serial number) printed on top sticker of the drive.
