With a strong background in the past, India IRO has and is continuously striving to recruit the best of Indian engineering pool, to support its varied research and development initiatives in Korea. In 2006, IRO has got inducted 47 Indian Engineers for various Samsung businesses starting from Samsung Telecommunications, Samsung Semiconductors, Samsung Digital Media, and Corporate Technology operations.Samsung Techwin was also another global employer in 2006. Other Samsung entities that recruited Indian Engineers in the past include Samsung Digital Appliances and Samsung Advanced Institute of Technology.In 2008, IRO have already inducted 10 India Engineers into its various Samsung Businesses and number is still counting. This year IRO also Planned and initiated a Mega Recruitment Event for all its Business entities held in Bangalore during May ~ June 2008.
